Your passwords protect your personal information and you are wholly responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account or in respect of your use of this service. Please advise us immediately if you suspect the security of your password or account has been compromised in any manner.
You agree that the internet is an inherently insecure medium for the transmission of data and intellectual property. At any time, your electronic transmissions from any location to Navitas | Practice Management’s service may be monitored, redirected, or otherwise interfered with by a third party. Navitas | Practice Management has security features in place to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. We maintain our servers in a controlled, secured environment. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who require that information in order to operate and develop our application and service.
We will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share or pass onto any third party (other than those who are contracted or supply services to Navitas Concepts (Pty) Ltd any personal information that you may have stored related to a patient.

Navitas Concepts (Pty) Ltd understands the sensitive nature of patient data. We have a privacy agreement that can be downloaded here. We will gladly sign the document to ensure your data is safe.
We only access Google user data (specifically calendar event access via https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) to sync appointments between the user’s account on our platform and their Google Calendar. We do not store, share, or retain any Google Calendar data on our servers. All interactions with Google Calendar occur in real-time and are directly related to user-initiated actions within the app. If a user disconnects their Google Calendar account or deletes their profile from our platform: All permissions are immediately revoked. Any cached authentication tokens are deleted. No Google Calendar data is retained after disconnection. Users may request deletion of their account or data at any time by contacting us at support@navitasconcepts.com, and all associated Google access will be revoked and deleted immediately.
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside South Africa and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to South Africa and process it there.
